The Gift Shop, Snacks, Great Grounds, & Relaxing Covered Patio . . . . Come Enjoy The Afternoon

It's hard to find a better, more relaxing afternoon, than enjoying a glass

of wine, overlooking the vineyard, listening to music, and watching the

sun set in the evenings. That's one of the things we enjoy to do

the most here at Uwharrie Vineyards.

We try to focus mainly of the theme "Home Grown and Hand Made" in NC.

We work directly with different great local potteries. All are based out of

Seagrove, NC. We showcase many of their custom hand-made pieces

here, and also work with having events on site so that you can meet

and talk with the artist yourself. It's truly an natural art to see being made.

We also focus on great local artist like painter Anita Ammerman,

and the famous local and healthy "Gran Nanny's Goat Milk Soap"

created by natural chemist Pat Allen. It's just neat to come out

and see so many great things all created and made in the Carolinas.

While visiting the winery, you can easily enjoy a glass of wine

and take in the scenery. It's a great time to relax during the afternoons.

We have on site NC Bottled Water, Fruit Juice, Gatorade, Bread,

Crackers, Cheese, Chips, Salsa, Cheesecake, Cupcakes, Chocolate,

and Ice Cream, all to take on our large patio to enjoy.
